I have update the UESP wiki with the format of the NAMEGEN.DAT which is used to generate people names.

It's still work in progress. Later i will add a xml file representation of this file once i figure out the grammar rules and what is the use of each name bank.

It's a minor thing but still might be important for other Daggerfall projects.
