My names are boring.
Usually (Weapon/armor name) Of (Primary focus of the enchant)
So, Longsword of Fire. Or Cuirass of Chameleon.

As a huge Malazan book of the fallen fan, a lot of mine are named after characters in that series- Brood's Bow, Cafal's Hood, etc. I also have some *funny* names, such as Richie's waders, after my fisherman friend, which increase intelliegence - he's doing a PhD in aquaculture at the moment. I love naming weapons, offers limitless opportunities to craft something unique.

I once had a shortlived thief khajiit named Lightpaw... (accidentally overode his save)

In memory of him, all sneak-related items my characters make are called "Lightpaw's ___"

sometimes naming things can help sort your equipment.

chameleon helm / chameleon cuirass / chameleon bracers / chameleon boots
magicka helm / magicka cuirass / etc

will ensure that you have all the pieces in inventory lined up, so that you have all the necessary components to be completely invisible, or have the highest magicka, or whatever a special gear set is designed to do easily visible.

I once created a whimpy little Orc mage and named him Wanna gro-Gonads LOL.
