If you are over rank 15 then you are a captain and have a squad to control and if you have helped your squad and saved them when they were in danger then I will promote you to leader and that means you can command a bigger squad and can have captains in your squad and I will promote you to leader rank 2,3 and 4 the higher the rank the more you you can have in your squad, you can even have a full team for your squad.
