Ok ive played cod games and other fps games online. they all have some sort of prestige thing going. But when you think about it they arnt worth it. in crysis when your reboot you go to level 1 again and all you get is camo???????????? What????? thats stupid. id rather be lvl 50 gettin lots of kills and such rather than waist my time trying to level up just to get camo. it doesnt make sense. i guess some people will say ,"it makes you look cooler" NO it doesn't camo may look cool but its not the formula for lots of killing in the game. think about black ops prestige, when you prestige all you get is some extra class slots, camo for guns and you can change your clan tag color. Its just not worth it

STOP COMPARING CRYSIS 2 TO CALL OF DUTY!!

That said, i rebooted for a couple of reasons:

-Being lvl 50 all the time gets boring, fresh start helps to progress you gameplay ALOT.
-Tooled Up didn't work for me (oh the drama i've been trough with these achievements)
-i LIKE camo's

You should stop acting like your opinion in things are the ONLY opinions, because they are not.

In my opinion it looks like you are saying that things ARE stupid.

But i'll leave that aside, because you are now telling me that this is a matter of opinions, so i guess we got off on the wrong foot here. I'll try to answer your questions, and show my opinion in things.

Back on topic, i wouldn't compare Crysis 2 to anything, because Crysis 2 isn't ANYTHING like other shooters, well, im my opinion of course

It's the same layout yes, but the way you have to kill ppl in Crysis 2 and other fps are way different to eachother, that is why you have the suit to kill ppl.

True, but then you are giving experienced players even more of an advantage if you give additional weapons or perks. i would like some extra custom classes though

Why are you asking if it's worth it when you obviously answer your own question in the first post?

It's different from person to person. I rebooted because I like the camo's you get, and because i didn't want to be just an level 50 and not go anywhere. I want a challenge to go for, and with rebooting I have that: Getting to level 50 again.

Yeah that might be a way! Or challenging attachments or something, but unfortunately Crytek abandoned us a long time ago..

Not to crush your optimism, but this game has been abandoned a long time ago. Think about it, they came out with the Decimation map pack BEFORE they fixed their issues. And people wanted to buy it because of the new weapons. They just screwed us over with that one..

But i'll be happy to post in your thread about rebooting additions, gotta do something in order to complain right xD
