Nano vision/stealth enhance

Post » Thu Dec 31, 2009 3:08 am

So just recently bought this game and saw a problem with those two.

I understand nano vision shows a person if they use cloak. It's fine against normal players w/o stealth enhance >2. But once someone has stealth enhance >2, you can barely see them. From my understanding, Stealth enhance I quickens the transition, II gets rid of your shadow, and III reduces energy drain. The problem is Blind Spot III is supposed to be the module that reduces visibility with nano vision. Does anyone else have this problem? And if so, how can I officially inquire whoever fixes issues of this problem?

Have you tested this before or is it just one, single incident?

Continually tested. I like to use nano vision but it's always = or >2 stealth enhanced individuals that are reduced visually. They have a very slight blue hew making them difficult to spot compared to having a heat signal. I've never come across a 3rd level blind spot yet so can't say what those guys look like. Actually, make that stealth enhanced period, unless if the kill cams are lying which variation they have.

I guess I was confused as well. As far as I knew, Nano Vision doesn't show cloaked enemies. I could be wrong...

Ive been begging Crytek to get the Nano vision to see cloaked enemies. I find it to be pointless otherwise because it only shows enemies that are non cloaked....then whats the point in having it if i can see them without the vision? At least it will give you more tactical options when in combat and maybe the Crysis community as a whole wont cloak up as often FORCING them to be tactical for when they cloak

Nano vision hinders my efforts rather than boosts my efforts.

That's what I've heard when I was researching this game before I bought it lol. There are perks for anti-cloak but the nano vision was supposedly it's main counter w/o having to use a module spot. =\

I don't need it highlighting people like a Christmas tree but it needs to be more than just an (extremely) faint blue hew.
