Here's the specs on Nano V2 and MJOLNIR armor.
Accessibility: Nanosuit V 0.2 easily. MJOLNIR needs chemically enhanced users with years of insane training that were specially picked at 4-6 years old. Nanosuit, you can just strap to a half-dead Marine and he'll become humanity's savior.
Enhancments: I have to say MJOLNIR. While the Nanosuit is impressive in its modes, the MJOLNIR has them on all the time. Re-energizing shields, power jumps, can run at (based on books) 24 mph, instant reflexes, and can house a battleship's AI that can provide any info you need on the fly. Nanosuit modes are separate, and even though the healing and invisibility is nice, it is still much weaker than the MJOLNIR armor. And the MJOLNIR has a motion tracker.
Armor (Without shields): MJOLNIR. I don' have time to describe all the layers of the MJOLNIR, but the aforementioned orbital reentry should easily put this argument to rest. The Nanosuit is also strong, but it is more like a nano tech kevlar vest.
Strength: It's a tie as far as I can tell. In Strength mode the Nano can take as much as the MJOLNIR.
Power Source: Since we don't have enough info on the Nano's power sources, I'll give this one to the MJOLNIR, because I doubt the Nano has a frickin' mini fusion reactor in a backpack.
Speed: Tie if Nano is in speed mode (basing off of Crysis 1).
Environmental Capability: MJOLNIR. It has an air recycler that can last an hour and a half for space missions. Nano and MJOLNIR both have a temperature regulator. Nano does have hydro thrusters, though.
Verdict: If I could, I would take the MJOLNIR hands down, but since I would shatter every bone in my body trying to use it, I'll settle for the Nanosuit 2, which I love equally. In short, the MJOLNIR Spartan Armor Unit is like a real Spartan; strong, brave, and runs headfirst into battle. The Nanosuit is more stealthy but weaker, which is a standard trade off. I love them both.
