The problem is, no moderators were reading that thread or responding to the communities concerns, hence why it became a help and support issue.
CryAdam then went on to say that a poll was not a fair way or deciding changes in the game, yet ironically didnt explain why EA decided to change nanovision without any sort of numerical feedback from the community. How did EA make this decision, because quite clearly they didnt ask me about it. They must have taken a sample of the community as I have just done? I doubt they even did that.
The issue I have is this: when I post a help and support issue, I dont expect to be patronised by a moderator, but for that moderator to actually address my concern by saying they will look into it. I shouldnt have to be running polls to fix a game which somehow became broken since the demo. This should be up to EA.
If i wasnt disappointed before I am certainly disgusted now by the way I have been treated on these forums by CryAdam.
