Narrowly avoided the ire again

And just when I was about to give y'all reason to revoke my kudos for having NOT posted, "How do I get Daggerfall & Arena to run under DOSBox?," I saw the sticky which outlines the *CORRECT* method for getting Redguard going.. Ever since I first upgraded to XP, I've been frustrated with the fact that Redguard has been unplayable (mostly, I think, due to audio, eh?). I followed the generic DOSBox instructions for "past games" with Redguard, but of course saw no joy with that. I guess I'll give the actual directions a go soon. Furthermore, since I've basically NEVER played Battlespire, I still need to give that a shot. I've had the game since perhaps a year after release. I almost began playing it under Win98 at some point, but probably got distracted by some newer flashier game at the time.. Don't remember..

Anyway, thank Darwin these forums are here. It's a testament to Bethesda's artistic vision that the games they developed a decade ago are still grabbing peoples' imaginations (and borking their priority structures) today.
