I've been trying to figure a couple of things out. PGE3 states that Magicka is the source of all life in the elder scrolls, do we have any other sources for this? WOG would be really appreciated.

As for souls the uesp states "Magicka comprises every spirit" how accurate is that and where is this stated in game/in WOG?
