Navmesh bug in custom building construction!

I view this as a fairly major if not game breaking bug, as building settlements is such a huge and immensely addictive aspect of the gameplay.

There seems to be some sort of bug with how the navmesh is generated when building pieces auto-lock together. Most of the time everything works fine, however I have a corner piece that has completely broken pathing.

I tried to tell a settler to "go" to a point in the center of this panel, and they walk up to it like normal then walk in place like there was an invisible object there, then just stop and do nothing. Anywhere else in the building they will go, even other sections of the panel in question.

The problem is that the center point needs to be available for animations to access from, so the entire section now can't have chairs, stores, beds, etc. as this one broken navmesh point prevents any of these from working.

I tried deleting it and recreating it, and the problem remains. It is a small building so I doubt it is hitting some limit of generation.

I can post a save if needed, if any Bethesda devs /lurking might want to look at it.

Needless to say, having this happen after three days of building up a settlement is extremely demoralizing.

Is there possibly a console command to regenerate the navmesh or .ini setting that adjusts the radius an NPC will start an interaction from?

I can't believe that one little glitch can render an entire three days worth of customization completely ruined.

Broken saves in Skyrim were annoying, but it was just killing mobs and doing quests over again. Having a Navmesh bug that breaks settlement customization after a few days needs to be a high priority to figure out what went wrong.

Is there some limit to doorways to a building (three) that kills Navmesh generation? A limit to the number of shops (six) in a building?

I tried completely deleting this corner, the walls, and ceiling, and using different pieces: the one with just the ceiling and floor, the one with one wall, and the "hallway end" one, and all have the same problem even after completely deleting and recreating this part of the building.

I guess my save is just hosed? :(
