I have a way of getting your anger out in Skyrim what you do is you save your game then go and beat the **** out of Nazeem then load in the save from before basically u get to kill Nazeem without anyone caring.

I prefer saving and then slaughtering the entire city along with Nazeem. Storm Call is a very good way to decimate everything.

I use a mod that makes NPC comments (including Nazeem's) less frequent. I use similar mods when I play Morrowind and Oblivion. NPC greetings in video games get on my nerves pretty quickly.
