Legends and Leaders indeed.

It's pretty sad..

My Buckeyes play tomorrow night though so we can give the conference a little dignity.

Well, looks like another national championship for the SEC again. And its not going to be either Florida or Alabama which is a good thing. Plus, I may get to go see my beloved (but crappy) Volunteers in the Music City Bowl in Nashville this year, if I can go, that will be amazingly cool. Depends on how outrageous the tickets are priced, but maybe ... just maybe I can go.

I was at that game and had to sit and watch my beloved vols get robbed. :flamethrower: I'm just coming out of the crappy mood that the game put me in.

BCS Bowl. War Eagle! I like the close games, I hate shutouts. So the tension is good :D

Just learned this will be the 5th consecutive year of SEC winning the championship if Auburn wins tonight. My facebook is lit up with this game, we take this [censored] seriously int he south.

I think the SEC will always dominate haha :P

Hopefully the UF will have a better year next year, they were too green and poorly coached this season, however i dont think it was Urban Meyer's fault completely but the entire coaching staff, specifically Steve Addazio. Now that Muschamp and Weisse (dunno how you spell his name) are the the new coaches i think that we might have a more productive season and a shot at the SEC championship.

These commentators kind of svck, but this is a very surprising game.

And great, just got a shot of one of the Oregon players picking his nose. What a great broadcast.

WAR EAGLE!

Good game. I liked the sportsmanship on the field. The close games are always the best later on, but that was one tense of an ending. I can imagine the pressure on that punter.

One of my friends is texting me that Tumor's Corner is covered in toilet paper, while I'm watching it on TV.

Darron Thomas played horrible and all those [censored] ups should of leveled that RB as soon as he got up.He began to run and they just showed no care.

All of my sports teams are runners up.

Auburn got lucky and won off a broken ass running play, literally the worst end to a national championship I've personally watched.

Yeah he did.

I mean come on, Auburn is known for their rush defense, and known for their lack of a pass defence. Just turns out Chip Kelly was too stubborn to stray from the best running game in the nation and Darron Thomas was too inaccurate for the few down the field pass plays they did call to be much of a factor.

While they did have the long catch by Maehl and the long catch by #80, the rest of the downfield passing plays they called Darron Thomas didn't complete, or threw an int, and when they weren't passing he was too busy getting hawked down by D-Lineman.

It was a field goal.

Yeah, the guy kicked the field goal, but they won on the play where everyone stopped cause they thought he was down, then all of a sudden realized he wasn't and weren't in a position to tackle him until 37 yards later, after which they were in field goal range. The 16 yard run down to the 1 after that was just icing on the cake the game was already over, and was put up on a defense wondering wtf just happened. I got a huge argument with Auburn guys about that play, but in my mind it was complete BS. It's not Auburn's fault it happened, but if I was an Oregon player I'd hold up too, nobody wants a game ending late hit penalty.

That single play ruined the game for me, I don't consider it a real win, for lack of a better way of putting it. To me, Auburn just got lucky.
