I've noticed many of the forums piling up with issues so fast no one can get around to giving advice to fix them. So This thread will be dedicated to reporting any and all NCP related bugs and glitches you find. As well as annotating ways to fix those bugs and glitches if any exist. WARNING: SPOILER CONTENT

One I hear a lot is Mama Murphy getting stuck in particular places or disappearing all together.

The solution most people agree on is to use the command console to force spawn her near you.

However, there is also 2 more bugs/ glitches I'm not sure how to fix and have seen no solutions for:

Mama Murphy injured by raider, and wont get up - Mama Murphy isn't in her chair and refuses to sit in it.

Nick Valentine can't wear armor, that is not a bug. But he CAN wear Synth Armor if you pick some up when doing the first quest with him.

For me I have mama murphy glitch. Not where she gets stuck but her AI seems to have died, she can no longer be commanded and the game doesn't recognize her or her chair properly.

Deleting her and readding her makes the AI appear where you can command her to go to her chair but doing so doesn't make her chair show as assigned..therefore she's broke. Can't get her to assign back to her chair.

My issue is with Rex. He won't move from the tower wall side elevator. Strong will move, Rex just stands there. You cannot interact with him in any way, shape or form. And I'm finding that the bugs are getting worse, the farther in game you get. I hope Bethesda will be taking the time to compile a bug list and release patches for their game. I purchased The Witcher 3 for now, and am setting Fallout 4 off to the side, because at this point, if I can't successfully complete quests in Fallout 4, it might as well not be played at all then.
