Personally I just blow up the BoS and break the Khan's alliance with Caesar. I'm very supportive of a House/NCR friendly relations, so I try hard to benefit both factions.

Eh, The Brotherhood have been shadows of their former selves since Fallout 2, they were only cool in Fallout. Now though, the BoS are just LARPers with real toys. At the end of the day, the Brotherhood of Steel is a blight on the common good of humanity. NCR, House, the smaller settlements of the day, they are all progressing to a sense of normality and Pre-War decadence. The Brotherhood is a paramilitary group of self righteous fools. If they actual presented any aid to the wasteland to progress, sure, but all they do is steal weapons and tech to do what? Use on others. In the end, they are the very thing they fight with tech that according to the Codex would bring the apocalypse.

-CL is badass, trains their legionaires a lot better then NCR troops(an entire life vs 2 weeks) and whoever doesnt like skirts dont like mobility and probably have ugly legs (joking) , plus then that they are the only ones that can bring civilazation
-House is my 2nd favorite ending but being pre-war means following failed ideas
-NCR is corrupt, money centered, brain-washing stupid or poor farmers into their deaths, and doesnt have enough cash or troops for the legion
-anarchy is impratical, way to utopian to work, look at rapture(joking again)

I stand by my original answer saying that there isn't a classic bad guy faction in New Vegas, but the Legion are slavers and misogynistic hypocrites. They do keep the roads safe, but only through violence, blood and body parts.

The Legion steal peoples money. The Legion kills people and enslaves them, so no one gets to keep their land after the Legion takes control.

Opposition? No, the Brotherhood are raiders with Pre-War energy weapons and power armor who believe any one with better tech should be attacked and stripped of said tech. I'm tired of this forum thinking the Western BoS are anything like Lyon's BoS. THEY.ARE.NOT. The BoS are selfish xenophobic children who will die out in the next fifty to a hundred years out in the West because they don't try to do anything but hoarde technology. House has some of the best technology available in the Wasteland, and what is he doing with it? Rebuilding Las Vegas and defending the region with the Mark ll Securitrons if you help him win. His Mk ll Securitrons offer a glorious safety, the chance to keep the nation defended without casualties. With the Securitrons having on board autorepair drivers, they are the perfect soldiers. They keep law and order, require no sleep, no food, and can heal themselves. What does the BoS do with its technology? Hoardes it or uses it to militarily assault things. If you dont do a deal with NCR they try to retake Helios, raid caravans and take tech from people if you do any ending not NCR.
