So i went to goto the NCR Correctional Facility and clear out some powder gangers...
i fast traveled to the "Powder Ganger Camp North"
killed the 3 powders gangers headed south killed some wild dogs
opened the gate, went inside
went inside the trailer, found nothing of interest turned around to leave the trailer and my graphics turned into a rainbow beam coming into my face
i was able to escape this color trap, by turning back around which stopped the rainbow attack, and back up to the door of the trailer get outside and then promptly walk back outside the gates

I have got this too inside the Great Khans Longhouse, some sort of polygonal graphic problem and I think going to another location and coming back fixed it but it seems to be another problem that is irrespective of whatever caused it. I.e it happens anywhere, anytime. Unfortunately I don't know if this has been addressed but well done for logging it and sending it away.

Ty Reno, i will give that a try. hopefully i will be able to get inside i have completely neglected punishing the powder gangers all my game and i really want to correct that
