I've been playing New Vegas ever since the game came out, but I never thought about the effects of NCR faction armor. Recently, I decided to create an NCR-based character and I was wanting to use most of their faction armor throughout the storyline. However, I would also like to become friendly with some other factions involved with the Mojave Wasteland and I need to know which factions will become hostile against a character with NCR faction armor. I've searched this through Bing and Google several times and could hardly find any results, any help would be appreciated.

Eh, after you do the first quest the BoS isn't really hostile. I go in wearing NCR Ranger Vet armour all the time.

Just don't go in without talking to them, or you'll get slaughtered.

Exactly. Well, you'll get slaughtered that way even if you aren't wearing NCR armor.

Not if you have Veronica, then you can skip part of the quest also, which I hate, it is the best part of that quest.

I thought they would be since when i parade around the ncr with my brotherhood armor on i get shot at. Guess its only one-sided since your not considered a threat after first part of the bos quest.

I thought the exact same thing at first, went in, realized what I was wearing at the loading screen.... and nothing happened.
