So it's been a few months since I've last played New Vegas and I thought it would be a good idea to make a new character. Right as I got out of Good Springs I went to go get Chance's Knife and leveled up a few times, then I decided to head to Primm, and as I'm approaching the NCR soldier who usually stops and warns you about the town being overrun with convicts starts to shoot at me and was immediately hostile, this was the first time I encountered the NCR on the character. And it wasn't just this area, I also went to the Mojave Outpost and without a disguise everyone is hostile there aswell. And it's probably worth noting that I have no factions listed in my Pip-boy and the NCR is still neutral.

Any help would be really appreciated!
