NCR money affected by barter skill? : Fallout: New Vegas

So since NCR money is a currency its not supposed to be affected by barter skill level right? But for some reason my ncr bills are all worth less then they should be when i try to use them, is this a glitch, or an oversight by the developers?

They aren't supposed to be affected by the Barter skill, and my NCR/Legion money is always the same value no matter what my Barter skill is, so I'd say you have a glitch on your hands.

Yeah, they are worth 40 caps for me, so I guess that confirms that you are experiencing a glitch.

Ya and for every game i have ever played i always though thats just the way it was until i looked it up.

I guess if it never changes then it is a glitch, but not a huge one. The wiki doesn't say anything about it, but if you feel like fixing it then try googling it. Google knows all.

as far as I know only the pre war money is affected by barter. What you are experiencing is probably a glitch. But I never noticed anything with NCR money because I don't really bother to look at the cost.
