NCR Ranger Workout Plan

Post » Wed Mar 11, 2015 6:54 am

From a veteran Fallout player to the continuously growing community, I ask for help from anyone willing to offer:

To put it out straight, I love the Fallout games and maybe because of playing so much Fallout I got a bit out of shape XD, yet finding motivation for excersize has slid me to a funny idea, which led me here!

If anyone were willing to write out a daily workout routine in the form of New California Republic Ranger Training, it would be pretty cool.

If there was a link to an already exsisting plan, please point me in that direction.

Thank you fellow Wanderers,

adios.

A lot of this stuff (especially the last link) will be too tough for you for a long while, but use it as a basis. Drop the reps dramatically and then just work at adding reps while maintaining form. Work on your diet too. Eating junk will make it tough to lose weight and a lot of people eat junk.

If you can afford weights or a gym membership try the Starter Strength program. It's Bench Presses, Deadlifts, Squats, and Bent Over Rows. All of those are full body movements so they work out a number of muscles. The links below are all body weight exercises, so you don't need any equipment.

Check out a forum designed for bodybuilding too, bodybuilding.com has a good forum.

Just join the army and go through basic training. That would pretty much reflect what an NCR Ranger would have to go through.
