So I recently finished my newest file for New Vegas, under Mr. House. When I was watching the end slides, I noticed a discrepancy between my Rangers slide and what the wiki says. Basically, I completed Return to Sender by letting Chief Hanlon commit suicide, then returned to the Tech Sergeant in Forlorn Hope to let her know that Hanlon was involved and killed himself. According to the wiki, I was supposed to get the following slide:

Instead, i get the generic Hanlon is dead slide:

Anyone know why I'm getting the latter quote instead of the former?
