The NCR is on an unsubstainable path and I think it would be interesting to watch it all collaspe in the next few fallouts.

why, because they are trying to rebuild civilization. the one that i support the most is FotA. but they aren't a major fraction.

Be...Be....be, cause they got missions and a cool armour, really though I don't support them, apart from the one time for an achievement and a half hearted attempt that I can't bring myself to finish because of all their flaws and incompetence.
They spend more time mooping around and whinning about how they miss home, lost money, have no equipment, and the recruits are poorly trained. I have yet to see any of them out training themselves and actually preparing for a war, only one have I seen on their ground, McCarren, training is Little Buster and he's not even a NCR trooper :facepalm:
They don't deserve any help in any department, even their own men are trying to sabotage Kimball's War, bunch of jokes.

Why? Because unlike everyone else, they're trying to build something better out of the ashes of apocalypse. Legion? Don't make me laugh. Brotherhood? They're doomed by their own doctrine. Encalve? Genocide much?

Every faction is trying to do that...well most, Lyon's BoS, Legion, NCR and all the other minor factions that are trying but don't steamroll over everyone else like NCR or Legion. Even the Master with his Unity was trying to do the same thing and the Enclave with their FEV. Though they all differ in approach, they all aim to achieve the same goal.
A better response would be:

what you decribe is like real life. the way you tell how healthy the military morale is is by the whinning. when that stops, got a real problem.

have you talked to corporal betsy or corporal sterling? the game covers the full range. most people don't like being shot at or want to kill a human. then there are those who do get high doing that stuff.

They are rebuilding and they are doing it through relatively peaceful means. I have supported then since they were just Shady Sands.

1 - Maybe so but I don't see Legionnaires mooping around or whinning about being a soldier

2 - Yeah I've spoke with Betsy plenty of times, what about her? She got [censored] and has mental issues because of that, and its understandable how she acts with guys/girls, Sterling tbh I havent really listened to apart from doing Raul's quest.
Those soldier shouldn't have joined the Army if they didn't expect to be shot at or have to kill someone
