NCR Salvaged power armor?

Basically the T-45d Power Armor, minus the shoulder pauldrons, and a few markins around the armor. You can wear it as soon as you find some, since the servo motors have been ripped out.

Nope, but if you head to Hoover Dam, you can see a few soldiers dressed in it in the visitors center. But not in the wasteland, out there it's usually the Trooper/Mantle armor you see most NCR soldiers clad in. But like I said, it doesn't provide any benefits like functioning power armor does. And according to the Ranger at Camp Golf it's 'like having a brahmin on your back, but it can take a lot of damage'.

Ah alright, thanks. Too bad they don't wear it on patrols.

I don't like the -2 Agility that the NCR Power armor has. Yeah Hoover Dam is probaly the best place to go if you wanna see some people wearing it.
