So I didn't get a chance to test some of the skills in the Nightblade class, but I notice several mention healing "nearby allies". Does that include one's self, or only others?

I am pretty sure if nobody is around you get it.

I'm preety sure that the ability states that it heals yourself and two nearby allies.

Strife probably, yes it heals you and your allies if u take the funnel health morph. The other morph only heals you

It's hard to say, some do not exactly specify to self.

Yes it does include yourself.
