I'm using version 3.0, and no matter what, it says I'm hungry and I get the burden and weakness to diseases penalty. This happens even when I eat and I get the message that I'm no longer hungry. I even get the well fed bonus along with the hungry penalties.

I updated to versions 3.01 and 3.02 and I still get this. I was going to update to 3.03a, but the readme says to make sure you have no penalties before updating, so I'm reluctant to do this.

Anyway to fix this? Thank you

Go ahead and update to 3.03a. (Add it on top though. Do not uninstall earlier 3.0x versions.) I read several similar complaints from people with the earlier versions and it seemed to stop when they updated. Also, make sure NoM is last in your load order. Merged list and NoM patches can be after it, but no regular mods should be.

Updated to 3.03a and the problem still persists. I didn't uninstall previous versions and NoM is last in the load order, with only merged list and NoM patches after it.
