I've waited around like 5 weeks in-game waiting for Silver Rush to restock and it never has. Bug? I don't know; could just be because I robbed them blind.

But anyway, other than them, where can I find some energy ammo? I already did the BoS stuff, so no need to mention that; there just isn't really a substantial amount there and their quartermaster doesn't have energy munitions even after becoming a member :/

Do you have the efficient recycler perk? My level 12 has 600 overcharged microfusion cells thanks to workbenches.

No... what are the pre-requisites? I am level 28 right now with almost every skill at 75-90 and no such perk has shown itself.

I know there is a science requirement of 70. Next time you hit an even level check your perks list again, when it shows up it's not near the bottom, usually shows up some where near the middle of the list. (for me, at least)

the perks tend to organize themselves by level first. If you are lvl 20 and just got your skill req high enough, then it will appear in the correct level area in the list. The recycle perk just makes it more likely to get drained cells back after firing them. Have you used the workbench to charge up the cells that you have already?
No clue why the vendors aren't selling them to you though. Nearly every vendor i see has energy ammo at the bottom of their ammo list (I know cause its the only thing I don't bother buying from them). Though that might be because I sell them all my energy ammo first...

I recycle everytime I see a workbench since I am constantly low on MFCs and SECs.

Too bad the next perk I get is my last one. But... Almost Perfect isn't in NV, is it?
