I am really techtarded, so I see all these people putting up commands on how to lower the graphics and whatnot, and it all goes right over my head. I don't know if I need like, a special program to do it or what, but I can't seem to figure it out.

My biggest problem is that I am running the game on my Laptop, and all the particle effects KILL my frame-rate. If someone could help me figure out how to turn those way down, and other unnecessary effects like water, that would be fantastic! :3
