Hey guys.....yeah....its this stupid avatar picture thing. You can upload your own photo....it says. But it only accepts photos of 100kb or less. So a picture from my phone for example which is several Mb is way too big. I don't have a 0.1 MP camera....who does? It's ridiculous. So I assume there is some clever way to make photos shrink down to 100 kb.....is there?

Any help on this perplexing issue will be appreciated.....oh btw....the profile help page is useless for this.

Edit....oh ....yeah you can see I've got some kind of pic to work.......but only using the FRONT camera on my iPad....which is only meant for Skype chat video stuff.....so it's quality is really bad

Open it in Paint and change the format to a lower resolution image format can help. Another strategy along those lines, if an image is fairly large and fairly high res: while it is still in it original format, zoom in on the part you want, chop it with Paint and save the chopped part. Now downgrade the image quality or image format.
