I'm trying to find a good build (SPECIAL, Perks, Tag!, equipment etc) for a black widow-perk-inspired character. A girl who would be a sniper/stealthy girl, but would use seduction when dealing with people. Any suggestions? Quiet or scoped/range weapons and maybe a handgun or blade of some sort, any perks you guys suggest? outfits (sixy but with a DT)? weapons?
