Need to buy a house

Post » Thu Dec 15, 2011 3:55 am

I find myself in need of purchasing a home. I am having problems deciding where to buy a house though. I am leaning toward that place where a woman and a man are killed as soon as you walk into the town for the first time. I have not yet finished the quest from that town involving the solving of a high profile. I am hoping however that the Jarl will allow me to buy a home in the town. My kinda place...I have a bit of money so far(over 8,000 septim) and I think it is time to buy a home. My other option of course is to keep traveling around and just sleep at the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. We shall see. I am leaning again toward that town(pardon me for forgetting the name).

Glad your not a cat.. We aint even "Allowed" in the city :P

Well i would consider if i were you, what city suits your character best?
My first character had a house in Whiterun since he was a "viking" style of character and wanted to live close to his jarl and such..
Second was a conjuration mage and lived in the end inside the walls of Solitude
Now my third he is homeless besides from the Dawnstar Sanctuary
(Yes am alt-o-holic :P)

Markarth,

The house is alright although really you need to decide what function the house serves (RP, loot dump, utility).

Edit: I wish there was a way you could defend whiterung from the
