I have a enchanted necklace with one power I would like to wear always so I used an additional necklace with 50% shock resistance I applied to a pair of Daedric Boots. When I destroyed the necklace, learned the enchantment then applied it to the boots, the value shows only 16% shock resistance. I only have one base perk in enchantment so far. I'm wondering if I gain more perks to the enchantment tree(enchanting at level 56), will that 16% resistance gradually level up to the 50 % or always stay where it is? I have mainly played sword and shield (pretty much maxed) so I'm stuck at level 47 in the game so I had to learn a new way of fighting to continue to level up. On the xbox so I don't have the legendary skills yet, as of this moment anyway until the update.

You will have to level up your enchanting for the percent to grow. Also take the left side of the tree.

Always use Grand Soul Gems as they give the best results.
