Trying to complete the High times quest and need 3 fixer. I have stumbled across these in the past but in all honesty i don;t use chems much so i don;t have problems with addiction so with the value of them i sold them for the caps. Now i need 3 and can;t find them anywhere. I did check the wiki and most of the places to find them i am not in the point in the game to travel there. The places i have been to i got the fixer and sold them

My question is...is there anywhere/vender that sells these failrly regularly. I would just like to go buy these somewhere but i can;t find them. Tried Novac, goodsprings, medical center, and the doc in the morman fort, but no one has any fixer for sale.

Try the bartender in Gomorrah (inside the strip). Dixon in Freeside near Mick & Ralph's might also have some. Other than that I only know of the Great Khans who sell chems.
