Trying to do Rauls quest but realized I killed Corporal Sterling awhile back. His body was turned to goo and that goo pile is now gone. So I need him back. In the console have tried resurrect 000f570e and a bunch of variations of that number but just get invalid integer or some error like that. I cant really point to his body and just do resurrect as there is no more body. Can anyone help me with a step by step on getting him back, so I can talk to him to trigger Rauls next conversation.

I would use player.placeatme [base ID] 1

It's a risky command and tends to ruin quests but it's one certain way of getting someone back.

With a Stealthboy you didn't need to bump off Sterling for his mediocre gun.

that reminds me i need to kill him...but I know it sounds stupid but have you tried clicking on the goo pile.
