I have one of the followers playing with me for a long while, then I got this mission where I become a werewolf and then one of the companions joined me (the hunter lady) and my follower just left and now I dont know how to bring it back, is there a way to get my follower back after these missions where someone else joins me?

Yes. The follower returns to the place where you found them in most situations unless they've become a housecarl or steward for one of your houses. Who was your follower?

Oh Thanks, was a female companion I fought a fist fight in a bar in winterhold. I will go and check on her I hope I didnt loose her

Depending on where your follower left you, they could also be dead. Sometimes they get attacked in the wilderness while traveling back to their "starting" location.
