Every time I install an ENB the game starts to have a weird flickering effect and a lot of different colors flashing on my screen. It is every annoying. If someone could find a solution for my problem I would be very grateful! I have even uploaded a video on youtube about my issue but sadly I don't have permission to put a link. :,(

Maybe your system can not handle using an ENB.
Please post a dxdiag.exe report in spoilers that will give us information on your computer specs.
Generally speaking you want to have a high end 3d card and high end pc system to get an ENB to work and run smoothly.
I do not use any ENB's.
