I need help with modding for some reason when i add a mod and start a new game I can't seem to get them to work. I am not advanced at modding but I have a general idea mods like EVE,FWE,and MMM work but conelrad,FWE weapons pack don't work. the mods appear as installed but don't show up in game. Any help is appreciated thank you.

1.Are you using a mod manager?
2. Are you sure you installed them right?
