I bought the deluxe version of Oblivion off of steam and i installed a lot of mods with no problem but after i installed OOO my character was unable to move. all i could do was turn and jump and open my inventory. Anyone have an idea of what i should do? thanks

You are carry too much junk, take your armour off and drop it in the game world. Then you should be able to move.

I don't think you can normally jump if you're over encumbered.
