Just want to make it clear right away that I′m not planning on using this script for any public mods or anything just for a personal item.

The freezing spells in the Mida′s Magic mod have a few effects that I would like to add on to a weapon but I don′t really wanna have to copy down the script and make the visual effect also when I could just make my weapon in
the Midas Magic mod. Basically what I would like to change is that when you freeze a person you can still hit them and do damage instead of how it is now where all attacks while their frozen do nothing.
