Need help changing fire color.

How would I go about changing the color of some fire? The one I need to change is:

Ok now I'm just adding a flamer that shoots blue flames. It will pretty much be a flamer that uses different ammo. Can I take the nif for the flamer projectile, and somehow make the fire blue instead of red? How would I go about doing so? I figure these are just changes somewhere in nifskope, I'm just not sure where. Thanks!!

I am adding 'the cryolator' (weapon that was never added to FO3 but all the necissary files are present) to my mod as a unique weapon. It will pretty much be a flamer that uses different ammo. The Flamer Texture "fxflamesmallsub01.dds" is red/yellow/orange and as such not suitable to create anything blue -> alter The Texture, The Color Modifier and also the AddOnNode and The Impact Data.

Can you clarify? I'm not exactly sure what you mean for me to do. I have barely ever used Nifskope so please explain step by step. I also looked at the fxflamesmallsub01.dds and 02.dds and they were both just blank white (possibly transparent?) textures...

http://img703.imageshack.us/i/fxflamesmallsub01.png/ is what my fxflamesmallsub01 looks like except most all of the orange is transparent that image was flattened -> you sure you opened the correct Texture?

You need to make the Textures either White so they can be colored by secondary means -> Material Property or Vert Colors -> or make them the color scales you want blue+ whatever and use the secondary Coloring to accentuate the base texture.

I suggest doing it the second way it will look better.
