Ok, my last character Mordecai aka Preacher Man bit the dust. So entralled with the Legion he went a bit zealous talking with a certain ncr guy at the big statues...he died praising Ceaser.

Now i am onto another character but i dont know how to really flesh this one out. I know stats wise im gonna put 4 into str, end, and int and buff up luck and try to even out per, agi, and cha into high numbers.

The idea is a city boy who wanders gambling and boozing and drugging up his life away. Hes a bit of a wimp, a bit frail, and not to bright with science and technology. Hes main focus is his survival first and foremost and amassing as much caps as he can as a very very close second. This person would much rather talk his way outta a fight or run away and only fight back of cornered or his life is on the line right then and there or he clearly has the upperhand with zero chance of failure. Not really a scaredy cat but more like if i saw 2 or 3 guys packing heat coming after me...my firat instincts are gonna run away if i can lol.

Uses only small arms and small melee (stuff u can hide on urself). Focuses mainly on stealing (so stealthand lockpicking are a must) and speech and barter along with guns and melee. Also thinking about him not wearing armor but runnimg around in clothes.

So thats what i got so far. Im really thinking about him being a hustler dunno yet and ill let him decide who to side with.

So far does this look good? So i am needimg advice on basically 3 things.
1. Should he be a hustler? (Aka only doing something if it profits him, will lie and cheat and run away before problems goes down etc)
2. What perks should be a must for this build?
3. Any extra ideas or advice or suggestions for this type of character? (Is not a shoot first type character will try his damnest to stay outta fights)

Tyvm for any and all suggestions or advice or ideas for this. Think this is the closest i will ever come to a pacifist playthru and its definitly different mentality than all my other characters.
