I need help deciphering warning message : III

I started a new game using the latest MCP beta, a head replacer, and several new mods I haven't used before and am getting some odd (to me) warnings that I haven't seen in a long time.

I'm most curious what the TES3Stream warning message means.

Think it's one of westly's mods.

You can ignore the Texture count warnings.

stream usually means "while loading/saving objects data"
message is clear: texture war_misc_shrt01e_f.tga (or .dds or .bmp, engine will load any of these) used by mesh "Meshes\cMSC\s\WAR_MISC_SHRT01e_F.nif" can't be found
You should look for the mod using that mesh and verify you have it installed correctly
e.g. look for files *.es? containing the string WAR_MISC_SHRT01e_F.nif with any file search tool (e.g. wingrep)
It should be some mod adding http://download.fliggerty.com/download-127-751 outfits, in case the mod packages are missing the texture you can find it in the original mod.

Oh, and you don't need this one loaded
