So, I just spent all day doing a fresh install of oblivion, then installed fcom, and a few other mods. I tried to keep it fairly light (I know, fcom and light, funny right?). I made it through the tutorial dungeon error free, then fast traveled to imperial city market district to sell and repair at the best defense. As soon as I talked to the shop keeper my game crashed. I reloaded and was able to sell and repair. Then I fast traveled to the imperial city stables to start heading to chorrol, and I'm not sure if it finished loading or not, but it crashed after it seemed done loading.

so I looked at the process of cleaning mods and wow makes me feel pretty dense. If there is a list of known dirty mods, does anyone know if theres anyone out there that has gone to the trouble of cleaning them and posting them as fixed or something?

just try to activate your mods one after one that usually works...

You should update UOP to version 3.2.10, this fixes many of the bugs that weren't fixed in the version you have, it might even stop some of your crashes. You can get it from http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=27710.

You don't need UOP Vampire Aging & Face FIx because there is a tweak in the bashed patch that does the same thing, so you can delete the same thing.

Other than that I can't see any obvious issues with your load order.
