I want to enchant an Imperial Broadsword. I have a Grand Soul Gem with the soul of a Golden Saint ready.
I want it to be something fitting for a character who is devoted to the Imperial Cult. Essentially, a sword which has been blessed by the Nine (or one of the Nine). My character is custom, as essentially what one might call a "Templar/Crusader/Paladin"
Anyway, I don't understand how spells work with enchanting. Example:
If I had a sword that had this enchantment on every hit:
"Sound 5 points for 10 seconds"
What would it cause out of these possibilities? (Assuming 1 strike per second, the strike is the number at the start)
FIRST POSSIBILITY:
1 Sound 5 points 10 seconds
2 Sound 10 points 10 seconds
3 Sound 15 points 10 seconds
SECOND POSSIBLITY:
1 Sound 5 points 10 seconds
2 Sound 10 points 9 seconds
3 Sound 15 points 8 seconds
THIRD POSSIBLITY:
1 Sound 5 points, 10 seconds (5 POINTS TOTAL)
2 Sound 5 points 9 seconds, Sound 5 points 10 seconds (10 POINTS TOTAL)
3 Sound 5 points 8 seconds, Sound 5 points 9 seconds, Sound 5 points 10 seconds (15 POINTS TOTAL)
FOURTH POSSIBLITY:
1 Sound 5 points 10 seconds
2 Sound 5 points 10 seconds
3 Sound 5 points 10 seconds
FIFTH POSSIBLITY:
1 Sound 5 points 10 seconds
2 Sound 5 points 9 seconds
3 Sound 5 points 8 seconds
SIXTH POSSIBILTY:
(I give up trying to think of more)
Any idea?
The same goes for HEALING SELF ON HIT, so each hit stacking more and more health restoration. Also demoralization. I wonder if demoralization stacks, so each hit getting more and more demoralized.
I have no idea how to enchant when not knowing how these would work. It would greatly change the time and the strength depending on how the game works.
