Need Help Finding Certain Mods

I never thought I would end up actually wanting to mod, but I've been playing Morrowind for over four months now and there are several things that I know I want changed. I've played all of the Elder Scrolls games in the main series and while Oblivion is also moddable, I don't have access to a PC that can handle it, but I do in Morrowind's case. I'm curious to see just what mods can do and I want to make some mods myself, bu right now, I'm looking for a couple of mods for specific reasons. I hate Morrowind/Oblivion style leveling. I like skill increases increasing my level, but I prefer it Daggerfall style, in which my attribute increases don't depend on the skills I increase but rather I'm just given a certain amount of points to distribute freely. Are there any mods that would give me 15 points per level to distribute however I please? Also, the other thing I can't stand are cliffracers. There are far too many and they always seem to get stuck in the air or on a tree. Are there any mods that decrease the number of cliffracers in the game, any that prevent them from getting stuck, or any that eliminate them altogether? In addition to those two, I'm also looking for the unofficial patches. Just in case it may mean anything, the computer I'm using runs on Vista and I can't seem to use the console. This would be my first time modding any Elder Scrolls game. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, are there any mods that make almost all structures appear on my world map as in Oblivion? Perhaps also a mod that lets me place more than one mark at a time?

My recommendations for starting out:

Leveling - http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=mods.detail&id=7429 It still needs you to pick a skill appropriate to the attribute you want to increase, but the only other option seems to be editing the GMSTs yourself.

Cliffracers/Slaughterfish - http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=175 Won't remove the creatures, but it makes almost all animals more tolerable.

Patches (1) - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19510 Program that edits the game's executable, and greatly improves the game. Has optional toggle on all changes, so you can add only the ones you want.

Patches (2) - http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=4519 To my knowledge, version 1.6.5 is still in beta, though it is also available (and there is a patch for the patch floating around these forums somewhere if you'd rather use the latest).

Patches (Supplemental) - http://www.gamesas.com/?showtopic=794715 A useful guide right on these forums, last updated Oct. 19, 2009.

Also, some personal recommendations:

http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=213, http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=8737, http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=2609, and http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1093073-wipz-westlys-head-replacers-still-working-on-a-better-title/page__hl__westly. The last one is unfinished (to my knowledge) but the races Westly has done are downloadable, and work well combined with http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=5883. I have a low end computer and use all of these just fine. Also check out http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34510 for a texture replacer without much impact on your system. It's vanilla textures, but better looking.

If you have Game of the Year edition, or the Tribunal expansion at all, also consider this:

And if that one does not rock your boat so to speak then you could also take a look at this mod to deal with the Dark Brotherhood. :)

Yeah i am aware of the title but if you read the description on PES then it will become clear. My current Character is level 11 and so far he only has been attacked by the DB twice. :D
