Back when I was more frequent on the forums, there was a site that had a class you could take for the Construction Set. It went through many steps in creating a mod for Oblivion and you'd post pictures of your progress for the class. Many of their members were also active here, and the only really specific detail I could remember is that their (admins?) had dragons of different color as their avatar. I know I'm still being pretty vague, but if someone could help me out it would be much appreciated. Maybe the site isn't even still up, I'm not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.
