A character or two ago(yes I go by characters, not time ) I slept over night in a tavern somewhere and when I woke up the next morning the barkeep screamed because she saw a ghost. She explained to me that the ghost had some sort of issue and needed me to go on a quest to solve the problem.

I cannot for the life of me find that Tavern and I've looked from Solitude to Markarth to Riften. Would anyone happen to know where this tavern is? I believe it's vanilla Skyrim because I've only used mods for a couple of months or so.
