I Need Help Finding the Name of a Mod I Found

I was browsing the Oblivon Nexus and I found this mod: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/38466/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fuser%3D0%26id%3D38466

I noticed that the subtitles in the screenshots were different from the vanilla ones and I figured it must be a mod. Does anyone know the name of it? I searched and searched but I could not find it.
