Need help finding a thieving Kgajiit : V

I enlisted the help of Kharjo the caravan guard Khajiit. Was in Blackreach moving around not paying attention to my follower and when I do look back he's not there. I figured he just fell behind and would catch up later. But he never did. I think he ran off with my Ebony Mail and armor.

I went back to Whiterun and enlisted Lydia to help find him but no luck yet. Didn't find him in Blackreach or with his old caravan.

So far lesson learned is never trust a Khajiit.

He took my daedric artifact and he's Khajiit. He's a thief.

Seriously though my murder count didn't go up and certain I didn't accidentally strike him. I did set off those master dwemer guards and ran like hell while they fought the falmer. Don't know if that would of killed him off or not.

Could be possible. Hell if you can't find him again using the method on the page I linked (assuming he just reset to his old schedule) then either he died and you missed the body or he glitched and disappeared. If you are on PC you can try two things (save first):

1. Open the console and type "moveto 000CD92D". That should teleport you to him.
2. Open the console and type "placeatme 0001B1D2". That will spawn a copy of him by you.

If you just want the items back then try:

000CD92D duplicateallitems player

That should copy anything he had and give it to you.

There's a problem with the game where followers get stuck, so they won't follow you. Fast traveling to a place near where you lost him usually fixes it.

Still haven't found him. I'm on patch 1.1 with Xbox. I was trying to see if I got married if his dead corpse would show up assuming he may have died. But it didn't and neither did Janessa who I sacrificed. Anyone familiar with re-enacting the dead corpse wedding glitch or is that glitch hit or miss?

Sometimes even fast travel doesnt work -.- still i don't think any companion would "run off" with your items, its some kind of bug going on.

Well I can either believe it's an intentional design due to him being Khajiit or a bug by Bethesda. Trying to be optimistic. Lol

I didn't care much for that Ebony Mail armor but I did like it for companions for muffle and looks good on the female NPCs.
