I'm currently in the process of making a map of the U.S. from Chicago to the East Coast. In each ending for Tactics there's a map shown of the future settlements in the Midwest, seen http://i54.tinypic.com/5cx4j5.jpg, and I want to include the few that are east of Chicago in my map. I was wondering if anyone that had Tactics would be willing to load up a save near the ending and, with the game in fullscreen mode, take a screenshot of that map and post it here. My hope is that the resulting map will be less blurry and pixelated than it is when playing the youtube video at full-screen. Thanks in advance!

I don't have Tactics loaded on this computer. I can loaded it and try to get through Tactics by monday.

I'm making one to replace the outdated http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/File:Eastern_USA_v1.1.jpg the Vault has been using for a while. http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/2/2d/EasternFalloutMap.png earlier this month and uploaded it but the admins would rather I make a physical map instead of the solid-color one I already made. I didn't include Chicago in that one and I figured since I'm making another one I should include it. I then remembered the map shown in the Tactics endings and now I want to try to include the handful that are east and south of Chicago.

I'd really appreciate that, though if you don't have a save near the end I'd hate to ask you to play through the whole thing again just to get an image of the map. If it's too much trouble then I can just try to make due with the image in the Youtube video.

So you are only going to include the Chicago areas?

Why not the rest of it? Bethesda has called the "High-Level Events" are Canon.

People starting to show Tactics some respect on NMA?

The problem I would run into is that, while the 5 easternmost "future settlements" on that map are near water sources that I can pinpoint on a map, the rest of the settlements are in a big featureless blob. I could attempt to make educated guesses, but I could only really be sure I had gotten the 5 easternmost settlements correct. If I ever try to make a map of the Western U.S. (Likely after all of the DLCs for New Vegas have been released), I'll take a crack at incorporating the areas further west of those 5 settlements, but for now I'd rather avoid that headache.



I don't know, I don't lurk on NMA very much, for obvious reasons (i.e. as a Bethesda fan my head would explode ).
