So I bought a reference gtx 560 ti and started overclocking the hell out of it. I hit 1075 on the core when I realized that gpu-z and precision x wasn't reading anything past 1ghz. I ran the card 100% and still nothing over 1ghz. It's not a stability issue. Why doesn't anything past 1ghz register?
