After having had some issues with a couple of mods, I decided to remove FOOK, and restart my game. So I uninstalled the game, deleted my saves, and started over. As I was approaching the Highway Patrol building down the road from Primm, I found a Garden Gnome with the name Officer Friendy in a bush. I picked it up, which started the quest Drunken Gnomes. I have no clue what mod this quest is associated with. I tried using the Help command, but it didn't tell me anything.

Can someone out there tell me what mod this gnome and quest are associated with?

Edit: Whoops, just realized the first link is just a texture mod. Pretty sure it's Gnome Wrangler.

Gnome Wrangler might be it but I'm not sure. As I said, I found Officer Friendy in a bush outside the Nevada Highway Patrol Station, which is south-south-west of Primm. The second I picked it up, the quest "Drunken Gnomes" was added to my quest log. I had some mods in my game, so I'm trying to find out if maybe this quest was a part of one of those mods.

Never mind, I found it. It's a free-form quest associated with NV Interiors.
